Beacon Silver Lamium

Lamium maculatum 'Beacon Silver'

The semi-evergreen, mat-forming perennial Lamium maculatum 'Beacon Silver' (Spotted Dead Nettle) is distinguished by its foliage, which consists of heart-shaped, silvery-gray leaves with narrow green borders. Late spring through intermittent fall, tiny, hooded lavender blooms bloom at the ends of the stalks in lovely whorls. Spotted Dead Nettle is a great groundcover for areas that are partially shaded because of its long bloom period and colorful foliage. Evergreen in regions with mild winters.
