The Southern Sweet Bay Magnolia is a lovely North American natural evergreen tree that blooms with delightfully fragrant cup-shaped flowers with white petals from mid-spring to early summer, then intermittently throughout the summer. In the fall, little, cone-like fruits with spectacular brilliant red seeds appear. Elongated, big, glossy green leaves with silvery undersides give the landscape a lush, tropical appearance.
